I'm with Gizmodo on this one; I love luxury cars as much as the next pistonhead, but luxury car-branded goods? Not so much. Okay, the Porsche phone is admittedly very sexy but then a phone can be an extremely attractive lifestyle accoutrement. A toaster? Again, not so much.
The brains behind the most powerful, exquisitely designed, usable street car in the world (which just happens to also be the most expensive street-legal road beast), the Veyron, are now hawking £150 ($300) toasters. No word on the bhp, but it is suitable for bagels, so that's okay. Oy.
