I've never tried to make sushi because while I'm perfectly capable of making large and yummy dishes full of chunky veg and meat and fish an' all that, when it comes to the delicate handiwork I tend to do about as well as Gulliver with Liliputian cutlery. However, with this handy little bit of Japanese kitchenalia, I might just give it a go... I could live on sushi quite happily, after all.
Pop in the nori, rice and filling, turn the handles and eh, voila! Perfect maki rolls. Bandai Namco (Japanese), I salute you.

That totally looks like a, um, cigarette roller.
OR... it's a Japanese version of the "Easy Bake Oven." The pictures on Bandai/NAMCO (toymaker) website lead me to believe that this is pretty much a toy. But I suppose if it actually works (without all of the idiosyncrasies normally present in plastic toy kitchen appliances) then it doesn't matter?
