While Sony are busy subtly backpedalling on their anti-porn stance, they're also quietly releasing a three-in-one VHS/DVD recorder which allows one-touch transferring of VHS to DVD. There's also an 80GB hard drive, EPG and High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) upscaled output if you have an HDMI-compatible monitor. You can simultaneously record and play back, and there's a wide rnge of compatible disk formats.

Hammacher Schlemmer are listing it for $399.95 (around £200), shipping from today.
