Nissan Concept Car to fight drink driving

Drink driving is so bad that I’m not even going to make a joke about how much fun it would be. Car manufacturer Nissan is doing its part to stamp out drink driving with a new concept car containing a high-sensitivity alcohol sensor built in to the transmission shift knob. The sensor can detect alcohol levels in the driver’s perspiration, and if the alcohol level is too high, it locks the transmission and starts giving you a lecture for being a bad person. It also analyzes alcohol levels in the air, and uses facial recognition technology to decide whether or not you look drunk (or maybe just too stupid to operate a moving vehicle, which, seriously, ought to be a good enough reason for it to tell you to stuff it.)
