On the back of LG's announcement about their Group 2 Freeview Playback certified TV / DVRs, Humax has announced the launch of two TVs with built in twin tuner digital recorders. Naturally, they've also won Freeview Playback status for the 32" and 40" LCD TVs.
The LP32-TDR1 and LP40-TDR1 (I'll let you guess which is which) are HD-ready and carry 160GB hard drives which means about 80 hours of storage. There's an HDMI port on board, and Dolby Digital 5.1 channel sound. There's also a Pay TV CI slot.ort. They also feature Dolby Digital 5.1 sound, plus the CI slot to allow for Pay TV. It's £699.99 for LP32, and £999.99 for LP40.
