Google denies gPhone project

Saying "our users and partners are telling us is that they want Google search and Google applications on mobile, and we are working hard every day to deliver that," Google nonetheless denied that they are working on a range of "gPhones" tailored to their search, map and email offerings. While a mobile phone release may seem a bit out of Google's line, speculation is fueled by the search giant's funding RechargeIT, an electric car project.
