Goodbye to the Wonderbra, hello to the Cup & Up internal bra

I love the idea of this bra. It's basically a silicon bra which is surgically put in under the skin and attached to the ribs, meaning you can ditch your lingerie. Imagine - less washing, no more ill-fitting apparatus, NO MORE USELESS STRAPLESS BRAS.

I'm slightly less happy with the list of materials - silicon, threads and very small anchoring screws (screws? ew), as well as the fact that testing has been done on a pig in Tel Aviv. I may wait for someone else to have it first before jumping under the knife.
