People who want nothing more than to view Marge's blue privates will be sadly disappointed but Twentieth Century Fox are celebrating as the court just ruled that rights to the domain name thesimpsonsmovie.com were handed back to them from Keith Malley of New York. Rather than displaying information on the film he was depicting the animated yellow characters in a variety of lewd and seductive poses and enticing states of undress. The lawyers stated that 'Malley's aim in registering the disputed domain name was to profit from and exploit Twentieth Century Fox's trademark to promote and sell his own products and merchandise'. All true, but you have to give him hats off for ingenuity.
