Woolworths, ahh. The home of penny sweets, easy to steal CD singles, and 2-4-1 deals on your stationery. Electronics wise however it's more of the pink elephant of the high street, offering low quality CD players and novelty TVs rather than being any great shakes in the PC department. Which is why I was so surprised to come across this rather decent laptop at the weekend. It has a 13.3 TFT wide screen, with wireless LAN, and has a pretty impressive 120 GB hard drive. the Medion celeron laptop includes a Celron M processor, graphics accelerator and dual layer DVD re-writer; but I was most amazed by the fact that it comes as standard with a preinstalled Windows Vista Home Basic, a package that would probably cost a quarter of the price of this portable piece of pinkness. For a basic package with a good amount of basic specs you can't do better than this. The fact that it's pink is just an added bonus!
