Since the main selling point of these Audio Technica ATH-ES3 headphones is that they fold flat, it’s a bit of a shame they didn’t give a picture of how they fold. Using my immense powers of imagination, I predict that the head surround bit telescopes in, and then the ear bits twist sideways, but I could be wrong.
In any case, at least there’s a pink version, which redeems them quite a lot, as does the fact that the rest of the colours correspond with the colours of the iPod nano – coincidence? I think not. Compatible with iPods, most MP3 players and even those old CD players, if you cling nostalgically to the musical past, so they’re a good portable alternative to in-ear headphones.
