4. The Discworld Cake

One close to my own heart, this painstaking recreation of Great A'Tuin, the four elephants and the flat, round world that plays host to my beloved Sam Vimes, the kickass Delphine Angua von Uberwald and of course The Death of Rats exhibits a phenomenal amount of attention to detail. 5. The Apple I Cake

In a spectacular show of geekery, this cake is a gooey replica of the Smithsonian's Apple I computer; the cake was created to celebrate Apple's 30th birthday, and amusingly lists Dentyne Ice Mints and chewing gum among the ingredients.
