Japan gets a-glowing, with the LED dress : Shiny Shiny

Many's the time I've been scrabbling for my keys after a night out, and wished I carried one of those handy purse torch thingies. If I was in Japan however, I could use my handy-dandy dress to light my way, and cause a bit of a stir in my local discotheque. It's fixed with loads of little LEDs, over which they put this slightly see through white fabric to make it appear like it's glowing, rather than you having loads of little dots where the LEDs are. I want one. Now.
