Alcatel launches environment friendly packaging : Shiny Shiny

I don't know about you, but when I purchase a new mobile, the last thing on mind is the packaging; it's merely the annoying layer standing between me and my new purchase, so naturally the mounds of bubble wrap and unnecessary fiddly cardboard dividers seem rather unenvironmentally friendly.

Alcatel has decided to tackle this wastage by minimizing their carbon footprint with eco friendly wrapping that is three times smaller than before, and reduces C02 emissions. It is thumbs up all round, with retailers now able to reduce storage space for their mobiles; hence they can now sell more, and it creates a stylish slimline look for the launch of Alcatel's corporate look for Q3. The light weight boxes will hold the Alacatel's latest handsets; due to launch in the next few months.
