I like to think I’m fairly web savvy, and know my HTML from my CSS, but even I was fairly bamboozled at the Yubnub website. After fiddling around with it for quite while, I started to feel a little friendlier. It’s basically a command line site for the web- which, should you feel that you need a less techy translation, lets you search the web more specifically, cutting out pesky adverts and spam with a line of simple to learn commands. I like the way how users can add their own tags to the communal sites, but still see this probably as a programmer’s portal, rather than being that useful to the everyday browser. Check out their blog for information on how this got started.
