D'oh on the Xbox; The Simpsons get into gaming : Shiny Shiny

I for one am really really excited about the upcoming Simpson’s movie- two hours full of repetitive jokes, Lisa’s brains and Homer’s all consuming indifference towards work and family life... No, honest I am excited about the film, but less than enthused about this yellow monstrosity of an Xbox. It’s all very well tying in merchandise, but I think hats/posters/ mugs you’ll never use would be more appropriate. Though The Simpson’s crosses age boundaries it is a cartoon and thus aimed at the youth of the population- who do not need another reason to while away their time (and money) purchasing yellow consoles... having said that, it looks like they might not even be able to, with a limited run of consoles to be given out for special events.
