Rumour has it that Apple's lawyers may be knocking on Jacqueline Gold's door... The iGasm ad we featured some weeks back is apparently creating a buzz in the Apple HQ for all the wrong reasons. Apple is already alleged to be demanding that the ads disappear lest it resort to legal action.
It does seem somewhat counterproductive to me, though. Surely the best way to cement the iPod-style ad in everyone's consciousness is to make a big noise about it so that blogs the world over pick up the story and add to the proliferation of the image?
