The Momento Wireless Digital Photo Frame is designed to let you forward pictures from your computer or camera phone to any user(s) so photos travel directly to their frame. Streaming public photo galleries or RSS feeds is also possible; the list of compatible sites includes the ubiquitous Flickr as well as Google Picasa, Windows Live Spaces and more. Although it's also USB and memory card compatible, Momento recommend using the WiFi capabilities to appreciate this at its slickest and most sexy. Imagine pictures updating themselves like magic in the frame; you can even send the same photo to several frames at once, giving the humble holiday photo its widest captive audience yet. And if your friends and family are actually delighted by the fine details of everything you saw and ate, they can even save up to 200 photos on the frame.
The Momento 70 (7" / £99) and 100 (10" / £199) models are both XP and Vista compatible, requiring use of Windows Media Player 11. New models come with a trial subscription to the Momento Live management software, but the Momento site notes that frames can be used without further subscription.
