Tuneful Citizen alarm clock pinches your phone's tunes

citizen-mupass.jpg

Even in our excessively electronic age, it’s really hard to get an alarm clock that wakes you up to something nice. It’s no good having to use your phone, which obviously has a plethora of pleasing tunes to choose from, because you don’t want to risk the catastrophe of leaving it bleating in sad abandonment on your bedside table all day. You don’t want to use your sound system because it’s on the other side of the room for optimal audio performance (that is, you can hear it better in the shower from there) and you need to be able to hit snooze with minimal muscle movement. So you need a tuneful alarm clock.

Step up, the Citizen M-stock 533. It’s a regular alarm clock, fairly simple in function, with the exception that it can wirelessly pinch up to five tunes from your mobile. Unfortunately, you have to have a phone bought on Japanese site Mupass, but it might be worth it!
