The Asus Ecobook is a smooth bamboo-covered laptop whose true Eco-personality shines on the inside. The recyclable plastic keys and cardboard lining are the icing on a component cake in which no parts are painted, sprayed or electroplated.
Asus notebooks are modular so that the user can configure, update and maintain them easily - not usually the case with laptop design. The Ecobook follows the pattern of being simple to dismantle, or at least put back together again if it takes a tumble.
