This is the latest in a growing trend for watches that make it slightly more difficult for you tell the time than it would be on a more "normal" watch, although I guess it's just a case of getting used to it. Not only does this one tell the time, but every hour, on the hour, the display chances to a scrolling animation. It only does it between the hours of 3am and 9pm, though, so outwith those times you're out of luck, I'm afraid. It's available in pink, brown and silver and will set you back £80.
