Ever wanted Stephen Fry to wake you by muttering soothing sayings into your ear? The VOCO Clock claims to deliver just that (at least virtually). Proving that almost nothing pays too little, Fry has recorded nearly 50 phrases for the clock, which beeps for 60 seconds following his dulcet delivery. It's worth checking out the website for the curiously negative Jeeves-style FAQs alone ("Won't the clock go off every twelve hours?" "Yes, it will. It can be a nuisance like that."). At £25.95 there are allegedly plans afoot for a future cheaper version.
