Geek (squad) sneaks peek, lawsuitiarity ensues

Sarah Vasquez of Walnut, California, went over to Best Buy, asking for computer repair. Best Buy sent her to their subsidiary, Geek Squad. Geek Squad sent over Hao Kuo Chi, who started the work. Somewhere in there, Chi left his mobile in Vasquez's W.C., recording, aimed at the inside of her shower. Vasquez, whose mother and sister were also present in the house, showered, got out, and discovered the mobile. Her sister removed the memory card, which is presumably exhibit A. The recording apparently also shows Chi carefully setting up the mobile (that is, it didn't just fall out of his pocket in a moment of sit-com hilarity). Vasquez and her mother are now suing Best Buy and Geek Squad for alleging fraud, negligent misrepresentation, negligent hiring, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Apparently Chi's offer of a discount on his repair services didn't quite ring their bells. Non-naked video after the jump. [GT]
