A bunch of really smart people who all have an "ist" at the end of their titles (you know, like a Scientist) have combined their super intelligent powers to create a workable design for an invisibility cloak. Oh yes. It's true. The engineers at Purdue University have used the "ist"s' calculations to design a surprisingly simple device that will make things even as big as a freakin' plane, look invisible. The exact details on how to make this invisibility cloak kind of hurt my head and boggle the mind, but basically the "ist"s are trying to, "Create a design that works for all colors of visible light at the same time will be a big technical challenge, but we believe it's possible.
