Forget the Doctor Who Cyberman helmet - this is the bad boy you need to protect you from rogue Daleks. Plantronics has teamed up with Quiksilver/Roxy to produce several snow jackets and helmets in a new technological outdoor niche - call it Outdoor 2.0, if you will. This 'Shiver' helmet, by Roxy, features Plantronics stereo sound and voice technology using Bluetooth, meaning you can stream music wirelessly to your helmet, from an MP3 player, plus answer any incoming calls simply at the touch of a button. It'll hit stores later this year, and will retail for around $250 at Quiksilver and Roxy stores across the US. I think I need something like this in London, for the peak-hour commute to the office on the tube!
