The Banclock has no OFF button. It has no snooze alarm. What it does have is a slot in the top that takes coinage. If you want to stop it wailing, you've got to pay it to shut up. Of course, you could pop out the bottom and grab yesterday's coin, cycling it through like some Pavlovian robot experiment, but the chances are if you're awake enough to do that, its work is done.
