The Horntones adaptor hijacks your car horn, and allows you to play one of eight alternate sounds in its place. These sounds can be anything: sirens, gunshots, screams, air-raid sirens... Yeah, you get the idea. You upload them via a USB flash drive and also need an amplifer. While the appeal of the gadget is kind of understandable it also seems like an incredibly stupid idea. $150.
