Keep your jewels in an iceberg lettuce safe : Shiny Shiny

We've all seen the Coke can stash jars, and book safes, and all those other gadgets I'm sure burglars head straight for when breaking into houses. The concept of an iceberg lettuce as a safe is new to me, however. I like the idea, but something strikes me - surely it would look more genuine if the leaves were slightly brown and slushy, and the whole thing looked unappetising. Maybe that's just my fridge...
