Yay or Nay Wednesday - Sumvision's £50 video/MP3 player

sumvision.JPGI've mentioned Sumvision's super cheap Platinum Pro £50 video/MP3 player before. It isn't a big brand but it does have plenty of competitive features - 2GB expandable memory, 1.8inch TFT colour screen, MP4 playback, MP3 player plus an e-book reader, sound and video recording with games. Is that enough to tempt you to part with £50? Yay or Nay and why?

Last week I asked you about the Flybook - a notebook of weeny proportions and a big thumbs down from you. You complained about poor spec, high price and it wouldn't work for you due to the small screen and small keyboard.

It looks good, but I can't find any reviews for it? A yay if it doesn't fall apart!

yes, it is... I don't care if it's not as well-known as long as it does the job... I think that ipods are the louie vuittons of the MP3 player world- they only cost so much because of the brand name. For 50 pounds you could only get that 1 inch by 1 inch shuffle that doesn't even have a display screen... anyway, as I said earlier, yes, i would part with my 50 pounds to get this little delight :)

Meant to say its a 'yay' from me!

I think it looks great, but can't find a review anywhere. Would love to know what people think of it, seems a cracking price.
