I can't stop cooing over the smallness of this 0.4 inch MoGo Dapter. It's just so teensy, but practical at the same time. Not only do you get (what I assume is) the world's smallest Bluetooth adapter, at what the manufacturers call 'fingernail-sized', but you get (what I know is) the world's cutest Bluetooth adapter, all in one package.
In terms of technical capability, the Dapter uses Bluetooth v2.0 + EDR and USB 2.0 to provide old school laptops - you know, the ones without embedded Bluetooth - with all the WiFi, file-sharing, and data transfer of their more up-to-date counterparts. It's plug and play, and the only downside I can see is that it's just about small enough to be easily lost. But seeing as it's small enough you should never need to unplug it, who cares?
The Dapter is due to hit American shops this summer, at $49.99. No news yet on UK pricing or availability.
