Tea or coffee? Ben or Jerry? The Beatles or the Rolling Stones? Don't even answer, because you no longer need to choose. The world is accepting us in all our shapes and sizes, yes, even HD-DVD and Bluray. And yes, I know this is the 97th post about HD, but quite frankly, if you'd been to CES, you'd understand why. It's freakin' everywhere.
Warner Brothers has produced the Dual Disc, which can hold both Bluray and HD-DVD formats, so no matter what player you plumped for, if all discs come in this, you won't have a problem. It won't at this point come with a plain old DVD layer, but give them time, as they're working on it.
So, do you get a dual player? Or do you make a decision and then hope everything gets made as a Dual Disc? Turns out, there's more decisions than ever. Grrr.
