CES 2007: Samsung introduces S850 and S1050 digital cameras

samsung_s850.jpgFurther to the aforementioned beginner’s digital cameras, Samsung have introduced the S850 and S1050 to their digicam line-up. Starting with the S850 8 megapixel camera, you’ll find a 2.5″ LCD screen, 20MB expandable memory, 5 x optical zoom, movie mode, Samsung’s Intelligent Face Recognition Technology for improved people snaps, continuous shooting. You’ll also get Auto Macro (automatically adjusting shooting distance and focus) and Wise Manual Focus, which enlarges the centre portion of the image in shooting mode, enabling you to quickly and easily focus on the exact object or spot of your choosing.

samsung_s1050.jpgA step above the S850 is this 10.1MP S1050. Like the latter model, it features Intelligent Face Recognition and Auto Macro technology with Advanced Shake Reduction, movie mode, continuous shooting but it also has a 3″ screen and 45MB of memory.
