CES 2007: Light Show speaker systems from Gifts At Princess, the electronics version of a really tasty kebab

mojo.jpgWhilst passing through the stalls at CES, I passed a rather gaudy looking booth which quite frankly looked like some of the shops at the dodgy end of London's Oxford Street - you know the type, the electronics-version of your local kebab shop. However, sometimes those shops have little diamonds in the rough, and so did this stand. I stumbled across some rather nifty speakers for your MP3/iPod from the Gifts At Princess booth. Called the ‘Light Show’ speaker system, there’s several different styles, the ‘Duet’, ‘Twin Spin’, or ‘Matrix Cubes’. They connect to any music source with a line out (headphone jack), and display visuals similar to that of a Mathmos product, or Windows Media Player visuals. Perfect for entertaining a ‘guest’ in your bedroom, the prices are not confirmed yet, however will more than compensate for the ‘discussions’ you and your ‘guest’ will ‘share’. [Kat]
