
ClassE are a high end Canadian audio-video manufacturer. Think of them as the Bang & Olufsen of Quebec, if you will. At CES they're pushing the CDP-502, a reference disk player with a ridiculously high 'I have more money than sense' price tag of $8,500 US. The photo above doesn't really do the curved, industrial design justice, but take a look at the site to see how the model stacks up (literally). It'll play or display content from just about any disk you chuck at it (from JPEG CD to DVD) and is being touted as 'the most sophisticated DVD/CD player ever created'. If you fancy splashing your cash, it goes on sale in February.
