CES 2007: Casio’s Exilim Hi-Zoom EX-V7 - slim yet buff

casio.jpgAs time goes by, things get smaller and smaller - just look at Nicole Richie or Gordon Ramsay’s latest restaurant’s portion sizes for reference. So, it’s only fair that Casio would launch the world’s slimmest digital camera (with a 7x optical zoom lens). Let me reiterate - it’s not the world’s thinnest camera, it’s the world’s thinnest, with a 7x optical zoom lens. Sorry I made you wet your pants in anticipation there! The Exilim Hi-Zoom EX-V7 features 7.2 mega pixels, four blur reduction technologies, including the new CCD shift system that compensates for camera shake, the newly designed Exilim Engine 2.0 image processor, and a whole bevy of other beauties. It’s going to available to us mere mortals in March, for the RRP of $399. I tell you, this is one camera which may make me discard my only 6-month old Exilim Card. [Kat]
