CES 2007: The Debrief

It's over and we're back. Or at least we are in body - our minds are still hovering somewhere over the Atlantic. But boy did we do Vegas. There were 142 posts over the show, so you'd be excused for missing the odd one or two. So, here's a round-up of the really important bits:

Best video: The Giddyup horse, courtesy of Stuart from Tech Digest. What's not to love - there's the initial enjoyment in his face, followed by the slightly uncomfortable grimace as he realises everyone's looking at him, followed by some nonchalent fiddling with the controls. Video gold.

Runner up: We're Shiny Shiny. Of course it was going to be Hello Kitty.

Best gadget: The Hillcrest remote control - it's like a Wiimote, but for your telly.
Runner up: The dual format HD player from LG
