A German company is developing a new type of 'spray on' condom, which will fit men of all sizes snugly. Imagine, if you will, a pause during love-making, when your gentleman friend inserts his what-not into a spraycan, presses a button and has it instantly coated in latex rubber that will dry in about five seconds.
The makers say; "It's a bit like a car wash," adding "we're very serious."
Assuming the procedure doesn't instantly, ah-hem, deflate, your eager man, it could provide safer sex from a well-fitting contraceptive.
The company hopes the high-tech condom, which will be available in different strengths and colours, will be on the market by 2008. The spray cannister would probably cost about $30 as a one-off purchase, with replacement latex cartridges, sufficient for about 20 applications, would cost around $17.
