Best I can fathom, this USB-powered Snowbot has no other function than to sit on your desk and flash its red or blue (your choice with a button push) "scanning" eyes at you. Either that - or it's a very small Dalek in a very strange disguise. (And at $15, don't expect it to start Exterminating your enemies.)
