I have just executed a Jane Austen style swoon, faced with this new Sidekick, which is coming to T-Mobile in December. Lookit - they got it right. They haven't gone for Obvious Pink, but girls everywhere will love it because it looks *so* good. And, it does stuff. A lot of stuff. It's got email and calendar functions, access to T-Mobile's Web 'n' Walk service, a 1.3 megapixel camera and an MP3 player. Oh and it's got a phone. The internal memory is 64MB, but that's expanded via the MiniSD slot. And they've even included a 64MB card. I love it when manufacturers do that - it's like a little thank you for choosing them.

When do thge limited edition sidekicks come out in UK?
well i have looked on the website and it says that you can only buy them in america which is disapointing really because i was going to buy one.
My daughter would like one of the sidekick 3, and i was woundering where you can buy them in the UK and how much they are thankyou.

I have waited MONTHS for the sidekick 3 in UK and is always discontinued but just go on ... google > tmobile UK > pay monthly phones> page 10> sidekick 3 ... you can get one only on pay monthly i rang them up yesterday they said to be quick as the phones are going VERY quickly and theres limited stock.

so were taking it to trade in for a new one tomorrow

the sidekick 3 no matter where you buy it is pointless to have on pay as you go, youd only really get the phone and camera use out of it as it doesnt have WIFI for the internet uses.
it is also not listed by t-mobile under the pay as you go handsets.
still havent got mine, apparently i wont be able to get my vario 2 replaced with one cos its broke etc explained two above ^^

if i buy a sidekick off say ebay and put my simcard in it from my contract phone will it work to ring and text people, because i went into the t mobile shop today and they said unless it is connected to the internet all the time it wont call anyone or text! i will be really disappointed if this is the case as i have had my heart set on it x x

Yeah it will work, as long as it is the UK Sidekick. Ask the person before you bid because they should tell you honestly, because some American/US Sidekicks dont work in the UK, so b carefull hun xx
The Sidekick is out in the UK.. you just have to go to your nearest t-mobile store and ask for one, i did.
But i was VERY disappointed to find no MSN on the device since that was one of the main reasons why i bought it.
MSN and Yahoo! does not work on UK Sidekick 3's.

You can't get the sidekick 3 on pay as you go unless you buy the actual handset.
Hi, i just went on the T-mobile website and a Motorola Sidekick Slide is going to be out in November! But now it is the end of November, so I wonder what's happening!
Yeah there is no point in getting the Sidekick on Pay As You Go because you can't get all their uses. Oh and don't risk buying one outside the UK becuase it might not work and you will b ewasting your money. I Love The Sidekicks Though!
