Home cinema enthusiasts (read – those of you who can’t get by with a bog standard telly) have now got a choice of 42, 50 and 60 inch screens to choose from with the launch of NEC’s PlasmaSync screens. With power consumption cut by 22% of previous models, these screens also provide AMX Cafe Duet, the language by which the screen communicates with other digital or audio devices, Bonded Colour Filter for clarity, Red Colour Purity (makes skin tones look better) and Auto Dynamic Gamma Correction to enhance images as they move from dark to light scenes. No price as of yet.
