This $12 plug-and-play device from brando is a four port USB hub, a desk fan (with direction control) and an LED lamp. However, I would caution you that although it also looks a bit like candy - candy is something it is not. So don't try to eat it - "soft plastic" or not, those fan blades are bound to hurt if you try to snack on them.
