The ergonomic Pen Again design looks in no way comfortable to me (in fact, it looks like a finger crutch), but according to the company website, the pen is designed to be comfortable, and to alleviate the painful symptoms of calluses and writer's cramp. Still no help to be had for writer's block, alas.
In addition to allegedly being better for the hand, the Pen Again also comes with a pocket clip, a retractable cap, and a refill replacement.
