If you liked the Chocolate phones chances are you are going flip over LG’s latest glam handsets. As part of that range, LG is to deliver the second series of phones, which it has called the Shine range (nice name, but might have benefited from a 'y' at the end). The first phone, announced today in Korea, is called the LG KV4200.
The phone sports a similar slider design to its Chocolate sibling, but the big difference is that once the screen fades the whole surface turns into a mirror, which we think might be the first around to do this. It's body is entirely stainless steel as well, so there's a chance it might withstand the strains of daily life better than it's Chocolate cousin.
The Shine is not exactly stacked out with features but you do get a new scroll wheel that funnily enough is designed to make scrolling really easy, and a two megapixel camera and flash.

The Nokia La'Amour collection had a phone that did that with the screen. Forgot the model name but it was the tiny one that looked like a stick. Of course the screen was ALOT smaller but same effect. When not in use the screen faded to match te rest of the phone, a shiny mirror!
That was the Nokia 7280, and it did have a small screen which turned into a mirror but not the whole cover. It was actually my first big gadget mistake - I bought it and it was completely unusable. Saying that, I did then sell it on Ebay for 3 times the price...

A big 'must' for me when I choose a phone is the ability to hold a lot of texts. Does anyone know how mahy this can hold before I'd have to start deleting?
