When I first saw the LEGO ice cube tray I wondered if the little nubs wouldn't just snap off as you ejected the ice bricks from the tray, but it is both officially made by LEGO (which tends to be quality product) and made from silicone, so it's soft enough that the bricks probably come out perfectly. Actually building anything with them, however, would have to either be done quickly or in subzero conditions. On the other hand, it's easy and inexpensive to make more. $8 USD for a tray that makes ten bricks. [GT]
