Last Wednesday, I found myself gripped with a feverish fear that it was only Tuesday, and began demanding of my friends, "It is Wednesday, isn't it?" (It wasn't that I have anything against Tuesdays, mind you, I just couldn't bear the thought of still being that far from the weekend.) This DayClock, which tracks the days of the week rather than the hours of the day would have been useful at just that moment. And in that brief moment of panic I might even have been willing to pay the $40 clock price. Although I might regret it come Friday when I realized I spent my entertainment budget on a clock that's useful, at most, once a day.
