The Remember Ring gentle torture to stimulate your brain

remember_ring.jpg

If you absolutely, positively have to remember a particular date (birthday, wedding anniversary, other dates that, even in the 21st century, meet with decapitation if forgotten) the Remember Ring from Alaska Jewelry may reduce your concern. It has a little time keeper and battery within and, on the day it's programmed for, once an hour, it heats up to 120°F for ten seconds, which is hot enough to get your attention but not enough to leave a mark. (I hope their quality control is better than that for Dell and Apple's batteries.) [GT]
