So we had the launch of the new iPod products yesterday, but no doubt you're now looking at your home audio set-up thinking you're going to be a bit embaressed to introduce them to the shiny new 'pod. But never fear. Just go out and get yourself some Mustek Paragon speakers, released today in the US (we're still waiting for UK details). Both incorporate a docking cradle, as well as a remote for navigating your iPods catalogue. The tabletop model, or DT260, is a mini boombox which comes with a USB 2.0 and FireWire to sync a connected iPod directly with your computer’s iTunes list and costs $129.99. The rather lovely tower model, or TW450, has a 45W amplifier and 5.25-inch, dual-coil subwoofer. A port located on the back of the speaker allows for an RCA line-in for connecting to traditional audio sources as well. This will set you back $249.99.
More shiny audio here.
