Dashboard Sticky Pad Keeps Gadgets Stuck, Handy

I'm not clear on what makes the American Covers 13800 Sticky Pad Dashboard Organizer "sticky", since it isn't adhesive nor magnets, but whatever it is, it will apparently keep your MP3 player, eye glasses, mobile or whatever steady on your dashboard while you drive.

Works like a charm as long as you have some sort of flat-ish surface on your dash. Washable too! soap & water, dry it, it's sticky again.

thanks for the added info, kate. Just curious, how often do you need to wash it to revitalize the sticky-ness?
