It comes with a receiver and headphones, leaving you free to listen in from a nearby room like the paranoid worrywart you are (at least that's what the ladies in accounting tell me).
This does assume that the people you're spying on use actual calculators, rather than the little calculator application on their PC, which is what I use - so don't even dream of using it to spy on me. (Not that I'm paranoid, mind you).
