They remind me a bit of hard boiled eggs, although quite Philippe Starck influenced breakfast accompaniments at that. In fact, they're the new speakers from Philips. They've got an integrated amplifier and a bass pipe which is an acoustically tuned air channel (I've no idea but it sounds good) which combines to create great noise. And once you're done it all clips together for you to throw in your bag, ready for the next time you need egg influenced speakers.
