I went to the official launch of the Nike + iPod Tune your run Sport Kit yesterday. We've mentioned the trainers/iPod service before, but since it launches properly today, it's probably time for a quick recap. And because those Nike/Apple PR people cruelly kindly handed over a sample set of trainers and the iPod nano Nike adapter to try out, I felt it was my duty to you people to actually... wait for it... go for a run. *That's* how much I love you. Check out this short video I shot before setting off which explains more about the service. [update: Nike+iPod Review Pt II now up]

Yay, video review from hot British girl with hot British accent! Er...what were you talking about...?
You're crazy. ~ LoL
I can't believe you went ahead and jogged to try it out.
I myself love jogging, so I have to ask. Does it give you graphs to keep track of progress? Like let's say you did 1 mile in 7 minutes and the next day you did it in 5 minutes, would it keep track of that in a progression graph?
I LOVE YOUR ACCENT!
Thanks everyone! It's exciting to have an accent worth commenting on - over here, people tend to get more excited about a lilting west country accent or maybe a nice celtish accent. Mine is pretty boring by comparison.
Captain Snapple, if you check out the second part of the review (further up the page), you can see the graph that I got on my Nike page. It will track your speed, pace etc etc and you can see a graph of your progress from run to run.
Wait... I thought the Brits don't pronounce the 'E' in Nike. Imposter!
Thanks for the reply Katie.
When I originally saw that, I thought it was a green peanut. LoL
Very good review, nice bit of kit without a doubt. Well done and keep up the good work, see you on the nike + ipod site ;)
